A ministry that has reached out to persecuted Christians is encouraging the Church to encourage missionaries during Christmas.
Engage Magazine, a ministry of the American Family Association, launched the Orange Letter Campaign in 2015, when the world witnessed ISIS terrorists march Egyptian Coptic Christians, dressed in orange jumpsuits, onto a beach in Libya and kill them.
That first-ever campaign rallied fellow Christian believers to send letters of encouragement to the family members of the slain Coptics, and subsequent campaigns reached out to Christians fleeing violence in Syria and underground Christians in North Korea.
This year, Engage is partnering with missionary-sending ministry Global Outreach to encourage missionaries around the world during the Christmas season.
