US Secretary of State John Kerry plans to return to Israel Wednesday, April 2. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is meanwhile calling a special Israeli cabinet session to approve a new US proposal for unblocking talks with the Palestinians which puts Jonathan Pollard’s immediate release on the table.
