Iran has reached the point of being a “nuclear threshold state” and has the capacity to build a bomb in less than a year, says Strategic and Intelligence Affairs Minister Yuval Steinitz. He said that Iran is already on the threshold of creating a nuclear bomb. If Iran remains a nuclear threshold state, other Middle Eastern states will be encouraged to seek nuclear weapons, he said.
