  1. The following scriptures prove a person is not automatically Saved just by being a believer, and a person does not automatically have the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer, and a person is not Born Again just because they are a believer. Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:19 that he was given the keys to the kingdom of heaven and that whatever he bound on earth was bound in heaven, and whatever he loosed on earth was loosed in heaven, which means whatever Peter said was NOT negotiable. Jesus told ALL of his disciples the same thing in Matthew 18:18. Peter was asked by the people what they needed to do to be SAVED in Acts 2:37. Peter responded in Acts 2:38-39,”Repent and be BAPTIZED every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 19 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even to as many as the Lord our God shall call.” Peter also said in 1 Peter 3:21,”The like figure where unto even BAPTISM does also now save us….” It does so because it remits sin and not the confessing of sins later addressed in 1 John 1:9. In Acts 8:14-17 Peter and John went down to Samaria because they received the word of God (BELIEVERS at that point) and prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Ghost, for they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then they LAID HANDS ON THEM and they received the Holy Ghost. In other words those Samarians were not saved just because they were believers and did not receive the Holy Ghost just because they were believers. Acts 10:1 describes Cornelius as being a devout man, one that feared God with all of his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God always. (A BELIEVER). Acts 10:44-48 describes while Peter was speaking to Cornelius and those with him, the Holy Ghost fell on them and they SPOKE IN TONGUES AS THE SPIRIT GAVE UTTERANCE. And then Peter IMMEDIATELY commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. All of the book of Acts is about repentance, water baptism in Jesus name which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16, which is exactly what Jesus meant in Matthew 28:19 and John 3:3-7,”Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he can not see the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born of water AND of the Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 7 Marvel not that I said unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN.” Being born of water is being baptized in water in Jesus name – which is for the remission of sins, being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost – which is addressed in Acts 2:3-4 (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5.
Acts 19:1-7,”And it came to pass, that while Apollos was at Corinth (Paul later wrote 1st and 2nd Corinthians) Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus (Paul later wrote Ephesians), and finding certain disciples. 2 He said unto them, Have you received the Holy Ghost since you BELIEVED? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard that there be any Holy Ghost. 3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were you BAPTIZED? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. 4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is on Christ Jesus. 5 When they heard this they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. (not the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) 6 And when Paul LAID HIS HANDS ON THEM, the Holy Ghost came on them, and they SPOKE WITH TONGUES and prophesied. 7 And all the men were about twelve.” If it was true that those 12 were saved just by being believers Paul would not have baptized them in water in Jesus name. If they had received the Holy Ghost just because they were believers – Paul would not have laid hands on them to receive it.
The following scriptures prove that when a person first speaks with Tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, it is at that moment the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in them:
Paul said in Galatians 3:27,”For as many of you as have been BAPTIZED into Christ HAVE PUT ON CHRIST.”
He also said in 1 Corinthians 14:2,”For he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not unto men, BUT UNTO GOD, for no man understands him, howbeit in the Spirit he speaks mysteries.” In other words when a person is baptized with the Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit they are given a prayer language. In verse 14:4 he said,”He that speaks in an unknown tongue, EDIFIES HIMSELF…..”
He also said in 1 Corinthians 14:21-39,”In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people, and yet for all that, THEY WILL NOT HEAR ME, saith the Lord. 22 Wherefore TONGUES are for a SIGN (or PROOF they received the Holy Ghost)….” 39 Wherefore brethren, covet to prophesy, and FORBID NOT TO SPEAK WITH TONGUES.”
Paul also said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies BY HIS SPIRIT THAT DWELLS IN YOU.”

      Hello Joshua,
We do not see how America will not be part of this war. It appears that we will have to be part of it. However, scripture doesn’t tell us absolutes about the nations involved.
