Could the New Supreme Court Change America?

Justice Anthony Kennedy announced, yesterday, that he is retiring from the Supreme Court. Justice Kennedy was the swing vote for two very controversial cases— upholding the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, declaring abortion a Constitutional right and the legalization of same-sex marriage in the United States.

It is very likely that President Trump will install a conservative judge in his place, which could lead to a reversal of these decisions.
