The Greatest Day in the History of the World

Special Message from Irvin Baxter

The greatest day in the history of the entire world was the day the virgin Mary gave birth to Jesus—the Messiah.

The angel of the Lord appeared to shepherds on the hillsides of Bethlehem, saying, “Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord,” (Luke 2:10-11).

Jesus was God manifest in the flesh. Finally, human beings could know what God was really like.

But it didn’t stop there. Jesus said, “Now I am with you, but I shall be in you.” He was saying that you have seen me, and you have heard my teachings. But, after I leave the earth, I will return in spirit form to dwell in all that will receive Me.

This promise was fulfilled seven days after Jesus left the earth. Acts 2:1-4 records this world-changing event:

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Once this outpouring of God’s spirit occurred, the disciples were never the same. They began to preach the message of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. The revival swept like a prairie fire through Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and around the entire world. Today, the Christian religion is believed by more people than any other religion on earth.

The day Jesus ascended into Heaven, a promise was given to the disciples that He would someday return just as He had left. All of the prophecies that indicate His Second Coming is near, are in the process of being fulfilled right now.

We live in a time of conflict, when nation is continually fighting against
nation. Political powers are constantly embroiled in argument and debate. Marriages are being shattered and broken homes are the norm. Yet, Jesus came to heal the wounds and solve the conflicts of mankind. In this time of trouble, Jesus is still the answer. He still stands at the door of each of our lives and knocks. If we will invite Him in and make Him the Lord of our lives, He can save us from the turmoil of our present world and we can enjoy peace on earth, goodwill toward men.

Our Endtime team, Judy and I pray that the peace, which only comes from our Lord and Savior, will fill your hearts and homes this Christmas season. If you find turmoil in your life or in your family, we urge you to find a quiet place and whisper the wonderful name of Jesus. He will come and fill your heart with peace, as only He is able to do.

Partners, 2018 has been a great year. To see our country of America, standing alone, shoulder to shoulder with Israel against the entire world, has filled our hearts with rejoicing and thankfulness. However, the best is yet to come!

It is possible and perhaps even probable that a peace agreement will be signed between the Israelis and Palestinians during the coming year or soon thereafter. When this peace deal is signed, the prophetic significance will be huge. It will mark the beginning of the Final Seven Years known as Daniel’s 70th Week. This is when God will turn back to the Jewish people to fulfill His promise that, “And so all Israel shall be saved,” (Romans 11:26). This will also mark the beginning of the Final Seven Years to the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus to the earth.

It is during this Final Seven Years the greatest revival the world has ever known will take place. It is also during this time that the Antichrist and his one-world government will be established upon the earth. In other words, it will be “the best of times” and “the worst of times.”

As we look forward to 2019, our hearts are filled with urgency. This coming year will be the greatest year ever for spreading the message that the end time is now!

2018 was a year of exciting growth for the ministry, and it’s all because of our faith partners. YOU! You are the reason we are able to continue to reach out around the world spreading the news and bringing peace in times of trouble.

I want to thank you for the prayers and support you have given to Endtime this year. Your monthly gift and recurring donation helps us reach people every day.

WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

Would you consider making an extra end-of-year donation? (If so, click here). Your gift will allow us to continue the outreach of Endtime and plan for the greatest year yet in 2019. Again, we are extremely thankful for what you already do to support the ministry.

Judy and I send our love and thankfulness to you and your family. We pray God’s richest blessings on you and yours at this most wonderful time of the year.

Because the Endtime is Now!

  1. Irvin we like watching your TV show but we have some different views and beliefs then what you present. Your email to us indicates that you know more than the people watching your show. It’s ok to agree to disagree. You need to know and understand that your interpretation of scripture is from your viewpoint. I once ordered a book from a famous preacher and in this man’s book he stated that he is one of the two witnesses..needles to say this guy is a few bricks short of a full load . But you see that’s his belief. Just because a man believes his own lies doesn’t make his lies true. I’m not saying your lying, just that we have different viewpoints. I would be more than extremely careful in convincing the world of my own interpretation of scripture. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit talks and leads other Christian believers as well. I’ve read quite a few other responses and it’s nice to see many others using scriptures. There are far too many people out there who are writing their books on how to be Christians. Many look for quick answers to their individual problems that are in these other books. There is only one book that has all the answers, instructions and directions to all of life’s problems. The Holy Bible. If we were to buy every book on christianity we would end up declaring bankruptcy. The whole world needs the bible and its printed in every known language. I could also quote hundreds of scriptures to convince all of you that I know everything but the more I read and study the bible the more I realize that I don’t know everything. I generally stay away from those who profess to have all of the answers. How many of you reading this need someone else to tell you what the bible is telling you already ?

    • God does not reveal his thought “to the wise and the intelligent” but “to the little ones” (Mat 11:25). It is not the power of the human spirit applied to the things of God, who receives the blessing of Him .
Only the spirit of the newborn child longing for “pure spiritual milk” (1 Pt 2: 2) finds the blessing.
The most developed intelligence must approach the Word of God as the newborn child.

  2. 1 Cor.15:1 But I make known to you, brethren, the glad tidings which I announced to you, which also ye received, in which also ye stand,
:2 by which also ye are saved, (if ye hold fast the word which I announced to you as the glad tidings,) unless indeed ye have believed in vain.

I like reading and meditating on the nativity of Jesus. This is a wonderful testimony to me of the love of God for each of us. But Jesus and Paul tell us to remember his death and to celebrate it. memory of Him and until his return. Not this Christmas day and baby Jesus.
A lot of tradition and idolatry that annul the word of God. And that among his people today.

    1 Cor.5 v8 the true celebration
    1 Cor.11 v23 -26 the true memory
    Mark 7 v9 the lord’s warning.

Luke 2:8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

Sounds like they celebrated the birth of the Savior to me…Glorifying and Praising God

There’s a lot of unbelievers out there, and people that are seeking God’s face. God has blessed me with a blessing hire in the sky, if God came back tonight I’d be with him. You are always told us the truth and I respect that. But there be a lot of people that have heard the word and turn their backs on God because they think it’s fakery but I know it’s real, he’s alive and he does love us and he is coming back for us. Thank you for all you do, Merry Christmas and happy new year.

    • I think it’s better to keep the scriptures in the words they use: ISRAEL, and not “Jewish community”
But I think I understand you.

      Rom 9:6 “Not however as though the word of God had failed; FOR NOT ALL [ARE] ISRAEL WHICH [ARE] OF ISRAEL;
:7 nor because they are seed of Abraham [are] all children: but, In Isaac shall a seed be called to thee.”

What is your current belief concerning the 6th Trumpet; the angels bound in the river Euphrates who are loosed and 1/3 of mankind dying? Do you still believe this will happen prior to the building of the 3rd Temple?

    • Doug Norvell

      Hello David,
Scripture isn’t real clear on which prophecy will take place first. If the Treaty is signed and Israel is able to build her Temple on the Temple Mount, that could be the event that triggers the war. Or if the war happens first, this could be what make the world stand up and take notice and cry out for peace. I’m sorry I can’t give a more definitive answer.

      • “Scripture isn’t real clear on which prophecy will take place first. ”

Maybe that we also do not understand the scriptures
and that we interpret bad sometimes?
That we make her say what she does not say?

      • Nobody is going to start a war over the building of the third temple. The antichrist one world religion will include Islam, and the Muslims will agree to the temple on the basis that their mosque on the temple mount stays there and has equal status. After the Gog Magog war Sunni Islam will predominate as the Shia sect popular in Iran will lose influence in the Muslim world. The Saudis are a big part of Trump’s peace plan .

          Hello Greg,

The Battle will be over the status of Jerusalem, the Palestinians want East Jerusalem as their capital. Look at the unrest that has occurred since the U.S. moved our embassy to Jerusalem. The Temple Mount is a Spiritual battle. God said 37 times in the Old Testament “I shall put My name there” and the Devil has wanted that spot for his own ever since. The Antichrist One World Religion will all faiths or interfaith, all you have to do is look at the moves by the Vatican to bring everyone under the same umbrella of faith. The “we all worship the same God and call him by different names movement.” Yes, a Peace agreement with Israel’s right to build a Jewish Temple could indeed spark the 6th trumpet war. I have been on the Temple Mount and watch my Jewish Tour guide and a Muslim Waqf argue over Israel’s right to a place of worship there. At this time, no one except a Muslim can pray there. Scripture tells us there will be a sharing arrangement on the Temple Mount Rev.11:1-2 however it will only last for 3 1/2 years.

    Dear Sir,
I want to ask Irvin a question on the prophecy with a date in it. The Bible says nobody knows the day nor the hour.
How are we sure the seven years will not be with a GAP? After 31/2 years gap before another 31/2 years. This seems to be the norms.
    Thanks
    Sam

    • Doug Norvell

      Hello Nwafor Okechukwu Samuel,

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Notice the passage say for one week, 7 year period, in the middle of that 7 years the Abomination of Desolation will take place. Matthew 24:15 Jesus tells us that this event will start the great tribulation. This would mean the great tribulation would last for 3 1/2 years. Other scripture proves the length of the tribulation, Daniel 7:25, Daniel 12:7, Revelation 11:2-3, 12:14, 13:5. These all say the tribulation last for 3 1/2 years. So if the passage in Daniel 9:27 says there is a 7 year period and in the middle the Abomination of Desolation takes place, and Jesus says this event ushers in the Great Tribulation and all of these scriptures give us the 3 1/2 years time period, in our opinion there can be no gap in the final 7 years.

  6. Edwin S. Gaster

The greatest day was when Yeshua did not call legions of angels to rescue Him, but died as the Lamb of Elohim to take away the sins of the world. His birth would have meant much less if He had not died for our sins. The bible neither urges nor commands us to celebrate His nativity. He kept Hanukkah in winter (John 10:22, 23). Let us imitate Messiah and eschew the traditions of men, even if they are hundreds of years old.

    • Doug Norvell

      Hello Edwin,

I believe that there was a celebration the night Jesus was born. Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them

It was 69 weeks to the “Coming of Messiah:, not to His exit; 3-1/2 years preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and 3-1/2 years, (as in Rev;n). the “Day pf Vengeance of our
GOD”, He put an end to sacrifices by His Sacrificial Death on the Cross, not Antichrist!
There is no 7 years in the Book of Revelation

    • Doug Norvell

      Hello Alfred,

Although many say the “he” in Daniel 9:27 represents Jesus Christ, we can scripturally prove that it refers to the Antichrist. The last masculine noun in Daniel 9:26 is “the prince that shall come,” not the Messiah. The prince that shall come is the “he” of Daniel 9:27 and refers to the Antichrist. This becomes clearer when we read what this “he” does. We read that he causes the sacrifice to cease and the abomination of desolation. Jesus did not cause sacrifices to cease but rather He was the ultimate sacrifice. People could still make a sacrifice after the death of Jesus Christ. Jesus’ death took away God’s acceptance of animal sacrifices; it did not decree that animal sacrifices could no longer be made. Jesus also did not commit the abomination of desolation. We have conclusive proof that the Antichrist does both of these things in Daniel 8:11-13 and Daniel 11:31. So it is conclusive that the “he” in Daniel 9:27 is the Antichrist.
