Biblical Prophecies Fulfilled, Explained by Irvin Baxter Since 1965

Since 1965, Irvin Baxter has explained biblical prophecies as they manifest in current events around the globe.

Since Irvin Baxter, leader of Endtime Ministries, began teaching about Biblical prophecies in 1965, significant global events have altered international policies, politics, and populations. During these five decades, various so-called dire predictions about the future of the world have failed to come to pass. Delving deep into Bible passages, Irvin has consistently spoken about his own findings. His Bible-based teachings offer revealing insights into the fulfilled prophecies that have and continue to become apparent in current events.

1967: The World as We Know It

Irvin has long maintained that Scriptures teach the rise of modern nations. He has shown how the Bible forecasts the creation of the United States, Great Britain, Russia, and the European nations, and he has consistently professed this belief in opposition of other prophecy teachers.

1988: Is It Really the End of the World?

Among the hot media topics of 1988 was the much-publicized prediction that the world was ending. It was set off by publication of Edgar Whisenate’s book, 88 Reasons Why the Rapture Will Happen in 1988. Wondering whether the prediction might be accurate, many people asked Irvin. In his study of Bible passages, he found no support for the prediction and reported his conclusion: it was inaccurate.

1989: Decades of Cold War Division Ended in a New World Order

In 1968, Irvin taught on Bible prophecies related to the Berlin Wall. He believed the Bible prophesied the fall of the Wall and the rise of the New World Order. He published “A Message for the President” on this topic in 1986. The Berlin Wall was torn down in 1989. Twenty days later, President Bush, Soviet President Gorbachev, and Pope John Paul II made the anticipated announcement: the New World Order was born.

2000: Could a Second in Time Destroy Us?

At midnight on December 31, 1999, people worldwide held their collective breath. In one second, global computerization was expected to be destroyed by the “Y2K virus.” Irvin Baxter had already been there. One year earlier, he had devoted an entire issue of Endtime magazine to the Biblical truths standing against the Y2K fallacy.

2009: Rise, Fall, and Rise Again

The formation of the European Union on November 3, 2009, was the rebirth of the Holy Roman Empire. For decades, Irvin has been teaching that Bible Scriptures predicted this rebirth, and Lesson 7 of the Understanding the Endtime series explains this further. Irvin watched the momentous event unfold as global leaders satisfied prophecies that were centuries old.

2012: Is It Really the End of the World—Part II?

For a second time, world populations raved about the Rapture and the end of the world, supposedly based on the Mayan calendar’s end of time. Irvin’s biblical scholarship proves otherwise, showing that the end times continue for many human years beyond 2012.

2014: Is Islam Rising?

Irvin’s in-depth Bible studies have led him to identify the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and the role of Islam, Middle East nations, and international powers as foretold in the passages of Revelation. These events are unfolding as we speak, and signs of the end times continue to show themselves.
