Is there a Correlation Between Psalm 83 and Six Day War?

Question: Ann from Maryland: Is there a correlation between Psalm 83 and Six Day War that happened with Israel??

 

Answer: I don’t believe so. There is a book written about Psalm 83 and I have read that book and read through that passage over and over again and there are a couple of clues in this passage that show that if this is prophesying a war it is is probably prophesying the Battle of Armageddon. The reason why I believe that is because in verse 16 of Psalm 83 and the last two verses of the chapter reminds me of Zechariah 14:9. Now even though I don’t necessarily think it’s talking about any certain war to come, if it is speaking of a war it would have to be the Battle of Armageddon.
