Dutch Soccer Fans Chant “Jews Burn the Best”

Anti-Semitism has been rampant in Holland for some time, but a new incident has taken the Jew hatred to new levels. Dutch soccer fans chanted anti-Semitic slogans during a match on Sunday, April 4, calling for Jews to be burned and sent to gas chambers.

 

Dutch media reported that the chants included “Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas,” and a longer chant in which the fans roared “My father was in the commandos, my mother was in the SS (Nazis), together they burned Jews, because Jews burn the best.”

 

If this were an isolated incident, we might be able to explain it away as just a few radicals. But it’s not! Reports of acts of anti-Semitism pour in almost daily, especially from Europe. When I read this unbelievable account, I felt sick to my stomach. It also filled me with a sense of panic! Our efforts to warn the Jews and to help them escape to safety must move forward quickly!

 

The Build-up to the Great Tribulation

After Hitler’s horrible holocaust in which six million Jews were sent to gas chambers, the world said, “Never again”. Surely mankind would learn a lesson from the unspeakable horrors uncovered when allied troops went into the Nazi concentration camps!

 

Sorry to say, anti-Semitism is back—with a vengeance. The prophecies foretell a time called the Great Tribulation, and we are witnessing the prelude to it right now. I would like to bury my head in the sand and just hope that this new horror would just go away, but it won’t.

 

Prophecies Foretelling the Great Tribulation

There are many prophecies in scripture that foretell the events of the coming Great Tribulation. One of those scriptures is Daniel 12:1,

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Later in the chapter, we’re told that this time of trouble will last for a time, times and a half of time (3½ years).

 

Daniel 7:21-25 also prophesies concerning this coming time of trouble,

I beheld, and the same horn (the Antichrist) made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came…And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time (3½ years).

The prophecy of the Great Tribulation is also given many times in the New Testament. In Revelation 13:5-7 we read,

And there was given unto him (the Antichrist) a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months (3½ years). And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Each of these scriptures foretells the coming time of great tribulation that will last 3½ years. This 3½ year period will begin 3½ years after the Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement is signed and will continue until the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus.

 

When will the Prophesied Peace Agreement be Signed?

Warnings are being issued by the Obama administration that Israel’s new government, when it is finalized, must immediately move to negotiate a two-state solution with the Palestinians. Martin Indyk, President Obama’s special envoy for the Palestinian-Israeli peace negotiations until the talks broke down in April 2014, has openly stated that if Israel doesn’t conclude a deal for the establishment of a Palestinian state, the International Community will be forced to do it for Israel.

 

Whether a peace deal is negotiated or whether it is passed as a resolution by the UN Security Council, there is going to be a Middle East peace agreement. It is clearly prophesied in scripture. The only question is: “When”? It certainly feels like it is going to be soon.

 

Whenever the prophesied deal is done, it will mark the beginning of the Final Seven Years to Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus. It is certainly possible the agreement could be reached yet this year. On the other hand, things may still drag out for a while. We simply don’t know for sure. However, here at Endtime we feel the coming peace accord will probably occur sooner rather than later.
